I meant to built it as cheap as possible. Less than 40Div Frenzy of Onslaught is currently bugged with Badge of the Brotherhood and Ralakesh's Impatience. You can't consume charge to gain onslaught.

Flicker strike is viable.Swap mark and sword mastery for gain charge on hit. Still sometimes run out of charge though. POB:https://pobb.in/x0cnkfUDMzJv
