COLD FLICKER back with 30 wave!

This build just create for this amizing shako, better don't copy this build before you have 300D + good shako.

I think that's pretty tank with flicker :o but dps is kind of low, even I 100lv + forbidden jewel + no splash + all flask effect, dps still only half of my fire flicker.... (but I can get no.1~3 at ninja with all def set kekw )

Item & skill choice (for some ppl already playing cold flick)

Wep : paradoxica no other choice , only this 2 mod can be use to end game ( don't buy attack speed + bloodrage mod, that's sucks )

Helmet: OP shako ,maybe 4 mirror price, that why I said don't copy this lol

Body : better roll at least 4B before u vaal it, if don't get +1 gem still can be use but you will need to fix the mana problem

Shield :My craft setp: buy basic (only 84item lv+ can roll T1 cold dmg ) - alteration until T1 cold dmg - beast inprint - regal to get suffix - prefix can't be change - harvest life roll * 2 to get T1 life+ 3*suffix - beast +prefix remove suffix - prefix can't be change - harvest chaos roll - ex - craft

Amulet : trust me this is the best dps amulet u can get in 3.19 with cold flicker , and this is easy to craft, buy a fractured crit mod - roll suffering essences until get AED - hope prefix other is trash mod (or prefix can't be change - def roll if u r rich) - craft cat buff - craft vaal pact, cat and vaal mod with Reflection of Kalandra will not be change , that mean if u get crit/aed/cold become + that will be at least 5 good mod lake amulet. OP

ring 1 : my fire lake ring, I need that -16 to fix mana problem, also I have no currency to craft other +1 frenzy ring :/

ring 2 : just a +1 frenzy ring with essences mod (with fire dmg can ignited to get 10% more with flask)

belt : relly need that lab mod cause I use unnatural instinct, no blood drinker 2%

boots: since I get +1 gem on body, I think better choice is +1 endurance charge + maximum life (not get yet)

golves : my fire flicker gloves, recraft suffix with chaos res

jewel cold cluster : I have no idea how to fix my res without mageblood so I choice this one lmao

sword cluster & megalomaniac : bloodscent for berserker , elegant from for 100% spell suppression +100% avoid elemental ailment

lethal pride : op number 15% multi + intimidate + endurance charge get

cold flicker still good, but I more like fire flicker right now, more fast & more dps , will try to get no.1 at ninja maybe 3~5 days after I 100lv
