The build uses a 9l claw with a squire to fully take advantage of dex stacking's added cold damage. Heatshiver converts up to 130% of our cold damage to fire damage since everything except pinnacle ubers get frozen.
https://pastebin.com/PDpSgWa3 POB shows full dps at 480M dps. Realistically, the build probably has around 200-250M dps with vaal venom gyre, as it's pretty rare to have every single buff active. Subtracting dex stacking relic cuts the dps in half, so its heavily recommended.
