(POE 3.28 Ready) S-Tier Mapper Ascendant Kinetic Blast + Barrage Build, Int Stacker, 12k ES

Int stacking, Ascendant Kinetic Blast + Barrage Build with 2k intelligence, 33M Pinnacle DPS on Barrage for bosses, 2.5M DPS on Kinetic Blast for mapping (seems low number, but Kinetic Blast creates many explosions, so real number is much higher, especially against big packs of mobs and near walls). Insane clear speed, 1-2 min for T16 map full clear. It has good defenses:

• 12.5k ES, 34k evasion (80% chance to evade)
• 15% phys taken cold (flask), 10% phys taken as chaos (mastery)
• 80/80/75 elemental resistances (with flasks)
• immune to all elemental ailments
• high ES leech, up to 10k ES per second

Budget: 158 div (can be less with lower ES body, non-corrupted helmet), all prices and short explanations about craft in POB notes

3.28 POB (no pierce in gloves now, so instead can craft dmg during flask effect or dmg while leeching or phys reduction while focused.
