[PoE 2] One Shot Bosses - Budget Blood Mage Arc Build Update | Patch 0.1.1c Update

Hey everyone!

There was a patch 0.1.1c that have this update: "Hitting inanimate objects, such as Ice Crystals, Tempest Bell or Vine Arrow plants, can no longer cause your trigger skills to generate energy"
