Hey guys, here is Coiling Bolts Blood Mage build. Using Liminal Coil wand to get Coiling Bolts skill. This is pretty much a wander build in poe 1 but it's a spell. Going Blood Mage for extra crit chance and some tankiness.

Liminal Coil: You can start using this wand at level 78 . So you have to level with another skill like spark or you can go chaos essence drain contagion kinda stuff.
