In this video, 3.14 - Great Budget Build - Exsanguinate Trickster Build Guide, I will be sharing the build guide for my Exsanguinate Trickster in PoE 3.14 Ultimatum League. This is a cheap, strong build with great clear and respectable single target. Exsanguinate acts similarly to Arc, spreading through enemies and killing everything in its wake.
Although other builds like Scion Exsanguinate and Elementalist Sanguinate already exist, I thought I'd try something different. If this is your first build of the league, this would be a great beginner-friendly build or league starter for 3.14 Ultimatum League
