In this video, PoE 3.14 Exsanguinate Trickster Build UPDATE, I will be sharing the updated build guide for my Exsanguinate Trickster in PoE 3.14 Ultimatum League. This is an excellent, strong budget build. I'd even consider it to be somewhat of a boss-killer if you can scale it, but it absolutely destroys maps and is a tanky build with great cleat clear and solid single-target
I feel that this is the most beginner friendly Exsanguinate build this league and it's a strong cheap build that I couldn't recommend more!
