A guildie gave me this idea to trigger as many skills as we can with Manaforged Arrows. Given my love for screen clutter I was obsessed with this idea and liquidated all my assets to assemble it.

The idea is to link as many bow skills as possible with Manaforged Arrows with no support gems, keeping their costs low. Scourge Arrow is used as the trigger because it is a channeling skill and hence not affected by -mana cost rings. There is a strange interaction between the "Skills cost 30% of life instead of mana cost" mastery and -mana ring mods which causes the ring crafts to reduce skill costs by 5 instead of 7, so my triggered skills cost 4 instead of 0 but otherwise the build works as intended.

Cost: 120div (80div bow + 20div omni stuff + filler)

Can be made much more budget, since we do not require such a strong bow to make this work.

Further optimizations:

CDR breakpoints for Manaforged arrows are 2 / 9 / 17 / 27 / 38 / 52 / 69 / 90 / 117. I planned to go for the 27 breakpoint with 10 from gem, 12 on belt and 5 from boots, but this requires optimizing attack speed on Scourge Arrow.

Defenses currently are just 4.7k life, Grace and capped spell suppression. There is no room for a guard skill but protection against oneshots would be another priority because we have a ton of life gain on hit.
