Very strong combo with Endless Rage and Tacati's Ire (even just the "base" 30 rage is 30% more attack damage to all skills, and 60% faster poison to the skill you use Tacati's Ire on). It does wonders for poison burst for clear or toxic growths for bosses/big packs.

It is perfectly viable to more or less one-button poison burst even against t3 pinnacles with good gear and tacati's (though curse, vine, wither/crit weakness adds SO much dps and should be used too ofc).
