This POB is for maximum SINGLE TARGET DPS. For Mapping, I recommend the following: 1. Use inpulsa's broken heart. (5-link is okay, because the damage of this build is so high.) 2. Swap Concentrated Effect for Increased Area of Effect 3. On the tree, spec out of Throatseeker. Take Blast Radius & Amplify instead. Also, take the brand mastery "cast 2 additional brands" and the lightning mastery "shock prolif" (for inpulsa). 4. Swap out "increased effect of non-damaging ailments" charm for "power charge on crit" charm 5. Turn off Herald of Purity and Righteous Fire (increases life pool & regen) 6. Swap out Enkindling flasks for a set of flasks with "use when charges reach full" Leveling: 1-12: Lightning Tendrils + Orb of Storms 12-28: Storm Brand + Lightning Tendrils 28+: Penance Brand of Dissipation Ideal progression: Use the Mapping Setup Above to get to level 90 or so. Then, run sanctums for a few more levels. Then, swap to the Single Target Setup, and use this build for single target only.
