POB: https://pastebin.com/ygwBiSe2 Crafted out a good-cold-attack belt so i tried this skill. Build is pretty safe when going Ultimatum. The body armour doesn't need to have "Attacks have +% crit chance" since Inquisitor + Staff = Huge Crit Chance. Tooltip crit chance in hideout (without flask / body armour / assassin's mark curse) is 92%. That would save you a lot of currency when picking armour for the build.
