Posting an update to this build. I've min maxed it a bit and gotten better gear and now it's really cruising through juiced maps. Notable changes from the last post are the incorporation of Last Lament for Requiem burst and moving to Hybrid Armour/Evasion which actually feels nice with Blind/Pin. I've also incorporated HoB/Poison Chaining for clear and just dropped the magnitude nodes because they aren't needed. Next level I'll be picking Crimson Assault back up though.

I'm sitting at 28k effective hp but that doesn't factor in Blind which is up on enemies 100% of the time. Tactician Pin really makes this build super safe and imo it's HC viable. I think I can take this to 100. Abyss farming is super safe as you can pin/clear enemies off screen if needed.

POB shows my AP Rounds DPS at 682K. With a top tier crossbow I think I can break the 1 mill mark.
