Total cost of this setup is less than 20 divs. I don't have much more than that, items sell slow by now and I'm not really keen on farming. If you had a Progenesis, Mageblood, another 100 div, etc this would of course be much better.

Build feels surprisingly good, much better than I had anticipated. Some of the power definitely comes from the Phracia-abuse, so don't count on it next league, but there are alternatives. Maybe don't even go for power charge stacking and go for rare wand and shield with +1 totems, spell dmg, crit multi, cast speed and spell crit and such, may very well be better.

Biggest problem I have on this build is mana cost, losing the mana cost flask suffix really hurt a looot of builds.
