I've seen countless guides on this build and i realized everyone is doing it wrong. You need to get 14.1 APS to maximize your procs per second of VD, explanation can be found on the official wiki. Also my build gets more eHP, nice damage reduction, block chance for spells and attacks that rivals phaseacro/acro.
