Overview
Phantasmal Flame Blast with New Uniques is a Path of Exile Inquisitor build by MyCat_POE, made for the Archnemesis league (3.17). It is centered on Flameblast and plays as a intelligence, spell, area, fire archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 6.76M DPS with 49.3K effective HP, 2.8K life, 1.94K energy shield. Key uniques include The Annihilating Light, Cinderswallow Urn, Rumi's Concoction, Ashes of the Stars.

I kinda wanted to try new unique items introduced in 3.17 & thought utilizing Flame blast would be fun.
It works quite well in my opinion.
Initial plan was using "Ashes of the Stars Onyx Amulet", "The Annihilating Light Quarterstaff", "Polaric Devastation Opal Ring" all together.
(Haven't got the ring yet)
This build is not min-max yet; has more rooms for improvement.
(Gonna try to buy either "Polaric ring" or "Forbidden Jewels" for extra ascendancy points)
