Hey everyone! This Stormweaver build revolves around using Frost Darts and Icestorm to generate massive amounts of energy for Cast on Crit and Cast on Elemental Ailment in order to turn them into machine guns. This combo is so good for energy generation against bosses that you can use pretty much every skill that doesn't have a cooldown and isn't a channeling spell and it'll work flawlessly.

For general mapping I'm using Frostbolt because of its incredible AoE potential and I also cast Mana Tempest to generate even more Frostbolt projectiles while also giving myself even more tankiness since I'm using Undying Hate with tribute to Tecrod in order to get Sacrifice of Blood. I'm sure many of you by now know how absurdly good this jewel/keystone is, but for those of you that don't know - Sacrifice of Blood gives you 1 life regen for every 8 life spent on spell costs in the last 8 seconds. So converting Mana Tempest and CoC/CoEA costs into life costs contributes a ton to the overall life regen that we get.

Frostbolt will also generate a ton of energy when it it hits random rare monsters in maps so the CoC Comets end up deleting most rares there too. And for beefier rare monsters or ones with crit/cold immunities, you can cast some Frost Darts at them and they'll pretty much evaporate in seconds.
