Overview
The tankiest Stormweaver build in 0.3 - Path of Exile 2 is a Path of Exile 2 Stormweaver build by Caliathlol, made for the Third Edict league (0.3). Hey everyone! I've been wanting to make a giga-tank build for awhile now which would also be able to clear all content. I saw all the tech that bloodmages are using in order to get very high amounts of life regen when they cast their spells through the keystone Sacrifice of Blood that we get from the new abyss jewel Undying Hate when it's tribute is to Tecrod. And I figured if it's possible on Bloodmage, why not adapt it to Stormweaver aswell and I think it worked out quite well.
Of course the damage isn't as high as Bloodmages, but the tankiness is definitely there because of the increased arcane surge buff effect and having arcane surge up permanently. Also being able to prematurely spam spells in order to stack the regen before bosses is definitely very nice.
