Hey everyone! I've seen a lot of casters being unhappy with the state of elemental spells in 0.3. While I do agree they are nowhere near as strong as some other builds like Lightning Arrow Deadeye, they're not that bad and can still be made more than viable in the endgame. I've been cooking this build over the last week, going over different variations of it and how it would be best to approach it. I've been having quite a lot of fun and success with it and I figured I might aswell share it with you guys, so hope you like it!
