PoE TestingSumthing, Melee builds

I'm probably not gonna play it due to low damage for ubers But maybe it could be fun as a mapper I will play a melee build as me 2nd character, i'm debating between this or the int stacker reave i shared few days ago What do you think about this one? Do you like Sunder? do you think the changes will be enough to make it more viable? EDIT: Apparently i missed a nerf line from the balance manifesto..
