POB: This build was put together by dropping a 17 divine jewel off of exarch, then buying some nessessary uniques, neg light res rings + castspeed rings and some (cluster)jewelsI didnt level gems except conduit fully, also I did not do UberLab yet (cause this build is the definition of glass cannon and cannot run maps in its state)The build would greatly pair with a smite aurabot cause it mainly scales off of the stupid more multiplier of lightining conduit.
