PoE Ice Spear, Critical builds

This is not the strongest build I've ever played, although it's honestly pretty decent for a total hipster build. If you're looking for a build that never dies and can obliterate A8 Sirus in seconds, this is not that. Hello folks, ^(umm) lets get started i guess. i have a lot of experience in PoE, played way more hours than i'm afraid to know. Completed every milestone i set for myself, and after all this time, there is a time for a level 100 and that time is now. That means having a build that can clear very fast, and be very tanky. I usually theory craft builds myself generally "stealing" some pointers from other builds and making the build as i see fit which works out very well. ^(most of the time.) So in a nutshell i designed a build that wont die, and will clear very well so i can get that sweet 100
