PoE Scion, Melee builds without Molten Strike, Vaal Molten Strike

Edit: Sorry for no description. My daughter (who's 5 months) started crying and I ran from my desk without finishing. Basically the build utilizes mind of the council and you max out Mana. Scion appears to be best option, but you could probably swing it with the right pathfinder tree. Couple the maximum Mana with agnostic and you get some insane life regen. The idea of this build ( is to utilize the recently buffed Vulconus as main weapon.
