Inspiration - more crit for consistant EO procs, helps with mana cost Woke added lightning - +1 Lightning skill Woke Ele Focus - +1 Ele skills Ruthless - Descent Damage, can make big shocks and you will probably stun more often. Be sure to get the following for your Grace Divine blessing to work! 1. Anomalous Increased Duration (Linked to Grace and with max level/quality) 2. Divergent Inspiration (Linked to Grace and with max level/quality) 3. 10% reduced mana cost of skills from anywhere. (you can get it on rings, jewels or the passive tree) 4. A flask with the crafted mod "25% reduced Mana Cost of Skills during Effect" This will bring the mana cost down to 99% (it should cost 16-20 mana then) For more information check these links!
