PoE builds similar to EK heralds vs sirus (29m DPS/tanking storms)

Hello guys, I assumed after the nerf we will be able to use same base cluster jewels but we wont be able to use same passive skills on the cluster jewel. So i only took that as an incoming nerf to the heralds and made a kinda a bit minmaxed version of a possible new herald build. This league it would probably so expensive to buy those items but next league i am pretty sure they will be %75 cheap. so here is the pob link. waiting your comments and possible improvements. POB: I played a 4x 3-point voices scion herald stacker build in 3.10. Today I got finished updating her POB for 3.11 changes. I believe this is the best you can do in 3.11 should you be insane enough to min-max aura stacking with % mana reservation jewels in every slot with 3x 3-point voices.
