PoE builds similar to [ POE 3.15 ] Vaal Ground Slam Build Guide - Path of Exile: Expedition

So as a ongoing project, my STR stacking zerker is now with 9.8k life and 1770 STR, About 1.4m DMG per regular Ground Slam and about 4.1m with Vaal version. Max DMG should be around 20m with the last strike from Seimic+Intimidating Warcry+ Berserker. I don't really have any experience with making my own builds; I was interested in replaying the Strength Stacker that Zizaran originally made with Mahuxotl's Machination; with the build being both tanky and able to do a fair amount of damage with Vaal Ground Slam;. I wanted to use Blunderbore and The Gull with this to make use of shrines. I have tried referencing the PoB for the build and with some new items such as Melding I tried to make the build as tanky whilst also blocking. After a late months start, I finally had enough div to get a hate forge, but I am having trouble with pathing my tree as the points are spaced real thin. Also how much rage regen do I really need, and what's he break point for flat mana regen vs inc mana regen. tx in advance
