So I'm still working on Chaos Res and Spell Suppression but I'm comparing my DPS to other PoB's and I don't understand why my DPS is so weak compared to them. Right now I have 8 Divines that I can use for upgrades but everything I'm looking at either cost more the 8 or is only a 3% upgrade according to the PoB "Trade For These Items" weighings .
