PoE builds similar to [PoE 3.23] New Tech for Tornado Shot Magic Finding!

I feel like this is an abnormal amount of deaths even for a tornado shot build. What am I doing wrong? Any easy Improvements or is it just saving up for a new bow at this point. I guess the link I posted with post didn’t go through Pob is linked

I think that my build is doing a lot better now, but I still feel like at times, when I hit 15k wisps I die right before I can ramp up. Are there any other upgradeable paths other than mirror-tier gear? If not, then I'll just keep at it. I also run a pretty strict regex as well for 8-mod BC. I noticed that almost no one on poe ninja is using shroud MF build, even though it seems very good for MF unlike omniscience. It makes you quite tanky and it has good damage scaling. The cost is losing greed's embrace which gives up to 15% quant and 50% rarity. Of course that is a loss but I don't think it's big enough to ignore this option when lacking dps (relevant this league).
