PoE parzival1423 builds

Hey guys, previous post here My new PoB! Since that post, I've gotten some feedback, and now the build clears even better, and has more damage! You can see that I've been collecting a few items for the post (based on the item names, New Item is theoretical), but I'm still in white tier maps after sitting in PoB so long haha, I'm sure some of you can relate.
