PoB: I've leveled with hollow palm quite a few times, and I always start with smite then usually switch to consecrated path or infernal blow as soon as I can. I quit the league a while ago but the teasers made me return for one last build. I gave away most of my stuff, but I scraped together \~20ex and started dex stacking.
