PoE Flicker Strike, falconandeagle builds

POB: Youtube guide: Hey guys, I am back with yet another raider build, I think you guys can guess which is my favorite ascendancy :D I wanted to make a budget, tanky flicker strike char, that could do super fast mapping and mid tier bossing. I set myself a budget of 15 div and tried to squeeze in as much damage as possible. I ended up with around 12m dps with some pretty good defensive layers. I have around 80k ehp with molten shell up an
