PoE Shattering Steel, RDeschain1 builds

(edited because Shattering Steel was lvl 22 from before the Gem Update in PoB to emulate the buff, Ive lowered it to lvl 21 now) I tested this build in Standard with random Gear I crafted that is realistic on League Start. It works really well and is not even considering the changes we are getting in 3.21. I played with 2x Ichimonji and cleared T16 maps.
