PoE Boneshatter, Oathkeeper89 builds

Current POB: Hey folks, hope everything is swell with your league thus far. I have been wanting to create a strength stacking build for a while now. I saw that Boneshatter Juggernaut were somewhat favorable so I pulled one together and farmed up towards maps. However, I haven't played a melee build (that's not Cast on Crit) in a while so things feels incredibly stubby. I feel stubby. Everything I do feels very "locked" into place. Perhaps I don't have enough movement/attack speed, I'm exactly sure. Maybe it has to do with the skill itself. My current list of co
