PoE Tornado Shot, CoolGuyWithATopHat builds

Hey! I don't like headhunter (or MF), so I put together a TS build with Mageblood for farming whispjuiced t16s. It's mostly cobbled together from Tuna's and Fubgun's versions and random stuff on poe.ninja.
