PoE Inquisitor, Blazing Salvo builds

I'm running a Blazing Salvo RF Inquisitor. I can do most Red's but sometimes they can be a real struggle against the map boss (T15/T16). I'm trying to finish off my atlas and the Searing Exarch keeps kicking my ass. I do have a "budget" in a sense so big dollar items aren't probable. I appreciate all input! Im using magnate and saffell's frame for endgame, but im not really sure about how the droprate going to be. Feel free to correct or improve anything thats wrong edit: revised with swapping sniper's mark and mana cost issues

Hey folks, I'm playing a Blazing Salvo Inquisitor based on UberDan's Blazing Salvo build from 3.17. While I like being nigh immortal and I can clear most content, I would like to up my damage output a bit - my gear is far from finished, but I'm also poor at the moment, I would just expect the DPS to be higher for the currency I've invested (probably around 30-40ex so far). I'm just unsure what I can do to scale the damage higher without losing too much tankiness - if anyone has an idea, I'd love to hear it. Many thanks in advance.
