PoE Ascendant, Vaal Lightning Strike builds

I'm hoping to gear this build fully by day 3-4 of league start, im just curious if i made any glaring errors or if people can suggest ways to increase the evasion, armor or life that would be great (will probably only be able to get +1 strike gloves but put in +2 strike), cant really think of any other gear ive put in that is unreachable within the first few days. i dont mind doing less damage if the trade off is more survivability. I went with Scion because im planning on playing a scion build later on in the league so this is my attempt to level and play with one char before respeccing into
