This time around, I chose Spectral Helix for its immense scaling with flat damage. Main Idea is to use Ice Bite+9 Frenzy for flat Ele scaling, then stack evasion on gear and convert to armour for Big Molten Shell+Phys Mitigation. This is my helix raider pob that I made as a potential league starter. Uses Replica Mistwall, Acrobatics, and Wind Dancer (Ghost Shrouds too, but those are just a small bonus). Don't know how else I could improve it while keeping it at a league start budget. POB:
