I wanted to play banners since 0.1 but had no build that I really liked so I decided to create one when I found the armour explosion wind dancer techniques. I Also wanted to be much more tanky than the amazon I was playing and who was constantly getting stunned and dying from one shots. The result is a Tactician with 70+k armour (72k with banner + scavenged plating) and 70%mS thanks to the defiance banner.
