Off-tank Banner Tactician - 70k armour / 70% MS - In depth guide

I wanted to play banners since 0.1 but had no build that I really liked so I decided to create one when I found the armour explosion wind dancer techniques.
I Also wanted to be much more tanky than the amazon I was playing and who was constantly getting stunned and dying from one shots.

The result is a Tactician with 70+k armour (72k with banner + scavenged plating) and 70%mS thanks to the defiance banner. The war banner gives us 57% more damage and a much needed +330% increased accuracy.
What I really like is the 40% of armour applying to elemental damage, which helps mitigate those by a lot (in the mapping video I intentionnaly take 2 meteors from shrine to test it).
And we use really good numbers of life leech to always stay at max life even if we only have 2500+

As we use the +47% elemental resistances per banner our gearing is much more easier and I would consider this build to be quite affordable, the real spendings being chernobog (less than a divine nowadays) and ofc a big bonky hammer.

It's the first build that I create myself, with obvious borrowings from ForfeitFPV, Kaltorak and Frenly Chonk for the wind dancer tech.
As armour is right now not the best defence, and because we lack powerful ways to pump up maximum life, I fully expect this build to improve in terms of defences if nothing is nerfed (looking at you deepest tower helm).
