PoE BrockSamsonsPanties builds

So I started with Cleave of Rage until I had enough currency to get set up to run this. CHAIN HOOK My gear is total dogwater and I've spent less than 40c altogether. All I did was slot out Cleave and sub in Chain Hook/Rage Vortex of Berserking. I'm only in yellows but progressing steadily, chain hook lets you zip around easily and RV/Berserk is plenty of DPS so far. I hate bossing just comfy mapping. Surprising after the swap I was faster than my Cleave build Any advice on how to keep progressing the build? So far I am just building like the other cleave builds
