PoE Channelling builds

Edited updated build I have made this build, please tell me what you think. The goal was decent regen, leech, high dps, chaos convert so we don't have to worry about pen. The gear in the build is not great, but decent and easy enough to currently get for cheap.

So I'll be redoing my CD build due to the new changes and I'm eager to try it out on Friday! Not 100% sure on my tree or generally how the build looks but I'm sure it's as good as I personally can get it. Pastebin, no flasks/charges/buffs activated

I've fallen in love with ED the past few leagues and decided to theory craft this build while waiting for incursion to start. My inspiration for it was the instant cast of both contagion/ED as without cast speed this interaction feels pretty bad. Idea is Ele Blade Flurry with new Tempest's Binding helm for free 6 link. Just not sure what I could do to improve the build. I'm not very experienced with BF builds in general. I really don't want to do crit. Goal is just something to farm t15s / t15 Beachhead maps. I want to be able to kill Overgrown Ruin bosses. Guardians are what ever. Doubt I'll bother with Shaper this league.
