PoE: Kingsguard + Romira's Banquet + Ralakesh's Impatience + Voll's Devotion = Legacy Vaal Pact

A Work in Progress build that combines Kingsguard, Romira's Banquet, Ralakesh's Impatience and Voll's Devotion to generate instant health from endurance charges expiring while using the movement skill Cyclone.

It works by generating power charges on hit from Romira's Banquet, which is then converted to an endurance charge by Voll's Devotion and the continuous movement of cyclone with Ralakesh's Impatience boots, which is then expired immediately by the boots, which is then added as 100 health per endurance charge by Kingsguard. This synergies very well with the Juggernaut's Unflinching and Unrelenting passive nodes to create a highly tanky toon with decent clear speed by effectively given it lots upwards of 700 HP on hit with cyclone; making it similar to the legacy Vaal Pack effect of instant leech on hit.

There's still lot to be optimized (HP, attack speed, dmg, etc.) but hopefully the community can have fun with the mechanic setup. You could even strap on a Scold's Bridle to proc endurance charges with the Unflinching passive as you cyclone around in the open.
