PoE Maligaro's Virtuosity builds

So I was thinking to myself; how do I create an autobomber that uses every skill that I can possibly fit into it while still doing damage? And then I went brain dead for two and a half hours and when I was finally revived I found I had created this - In the event you cannot count (Like myself), there's a total of 10 spells used to create this. There are items removed because.. well.. I had no idea what else to put in.. But I'll leave it up to you to fill in those gaps if you're brave enough to attempt this madness. You will

With the Impale mechanic being applied by the main attack and 100% hit chance, would it be viable for Impales to be consumed by a CoC spell in addition to your attacks and scale generic phys damage for both? What do you think? Here's a mockup: Note I cannot add Dread Banner or Shattering Steel yet.
