PoE Bereft_of_Brain builds

Ever since Inquisitor ascendancy was revealed I've been trying to come up with a way to use Fanatic. I think I've found a good one Self-cast Ice Nova Frostbolt, except the Frostbolt is linked to CWC Cyclone to generate fanaticism charges while casting it. Probably league start viable. 2.5m sDPS, up to 3.8m with Pledge 8k ehp, up to 9.2k with Glorious Vanity 39/58 block (not Glancing) Looking for feedback, especially if you've played Self-Cast Ice Nova before.
