PoE Penance Brand of Dissipation, Void Battery builds

Hello Exiles, i switched from CA to Penance Brand of Dissipation with a Power Charge stacking setup including Mageblood. Damage is pretty bonkers but defences are hard to get... I tried to layer some defences and in the current state i get 78k eHP in POB which is not to bad. Hi wanted to share whats probably the best build i ever made, today i killed all of the ubers, i think the only i ever killed before was shaper. This build is fast, has insane dps and it isnt tanky per se but its definetely not zhp. The idea behind it is to abuse power charge stacking with badge of the brotherhood and ralakesh boots. With this you probably should go CI assassin but i went for a slayer. I just wanted to show this penance brand pob that does not have clusters since they are very expensive, and I don't think they justify the damage with the price they have, since with another anointment (charisma) we can get another aura of 50% in this case zealotry , and go to the critical and power nodes with a jewel slot and get probably the same damage. I didn't test it very thoroughly right now I'm using this character and I'm amazed at how cheap it is to build and the damage it does, I was able to farm uber eater and shaper w
