PoE butsuon builds

The goal is to get some value of the "more damage per pending cast" stat on the skill. The raw DPS is barely acceptable for endgame content, but I'm wondering if any of you guys would like to take a stab at it and see if you can get a couple million more DPS out of it without making major sacrifices. I chose trickster strictly because of the very high amount of cast speed needed. If you can still hit 10ish casts per second on another class, I'd welcome it.

tl;dr - BONK. --- NOTE: This requires nearly EVERY source of "increased stun duration on enemies" in the game in order to achieve a duration that leaves wiggle room for monsters with stun duration resistance. This is naked, just to prove the point that the stun duration required is achievable. New Warlord's Mark garuntees us 100% chance to double stun duration, which is the only reason this now works.
