I am planning for next league a meme build. Yes next league i like to be prepared :). The idea is to use on hit + slows + poison. I mostly have questions relating to slows on enemies. 1 Does movement speed slow also affect things such as casting speed? Just movement speed or also casts that include movement? 2 how do sources of slow stack? Lets say Maim + chill is it added together and subtracted or are each subtractated after eachother? I am thinking this should be very attainable in SSF, my goal is to clear game on one button. 214% Max hp, has Dodge, Wind Dancer, flesh and stone or damage reduct and blind, 2 curse, one being poachers mark to solve accuracy and grant sustain due to high attack rate with quill rain. Curses are applied by used of lioneye boots, easily farmable and will auto dual curse enemies in large area, wither is applied by ascend so no need for totems or dash. Never done toxic rain so i dont know what dps is good or in POB how many pods i s
