Storm Brand HoA Jugg is my favourite build in PoE. I have seen some players in both SC and HC trade make this build work every league but they are not SSF friendly at all. I have been trying to make it work in SSF for a couple of leagues and I think I have found a version that I am happy to share in this subreddit.
