PoE Righteous Fire, League Starter, Area builds without Hierophant, Templar

Before the leaguestart, I planned a build around Stasis prison, before finding out how rare (and expensive) it would be. Life leech on spellhit is iffy to get early on and i don´t want to depend on hits, so i opted for high life regen.
