PoE Tharus123, Fire builds

Hi all, I have made a very expensive piece of dirt; The character is not assembled, I have the replica Farrul's, forbidden set, and the 93 champion for the build. I have 20 ex for the transition, the synthesized rings are mostly for show. Any ideas on improvement? Or should I scrap it? Also, I did not know what to do for the CoC discharge setup, any ideas to improvement very welcome!
